Advice for Road Runners: The Saucony Women's Endorphin Pro 4 Running Shoes should make it easier to run faster.
Underfoot Feel
The aim when you're running faster is to spend as little time on the ground as possible, and move forward as efficiently as possible. The Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 Running Shoes should help you achieve this.
A full-length carbon fibre plate is sandwiched between two layers of foam: a top layer of PWRRUN HG foam, and a bottom layer of PWRRUN PB foam. This midsole construction delivers incredible energy return; and encourages your feet to roll forward, faster.
In case you're wondering, both cushioning materials are superfoams, but the HG foam delivers superior energy return in comparison to the PB version. This helps balance performance and comfort.
Upper Fit
Optimised for speed, the upper is very light and breathable. Although, comfort is still a very important factor in marathon racing. As a result, the Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 Running Shoes feature a supportive collar lining. The tongue is also attached to mitigate the chances of any slippage.
Ideal Run Type
In case it's not clear, the Saucony Women's Endorphin Pro 4 Running Shoes are for road racing. This includes distances from the 5K all the way to the marathon.
It's a good idea to get used to them on some training runs. However, we recommend trying to keep them relatively fresh for your event. This is because the performance benefits diminish as they wear down.
As these are relatively stable and supportive carbon fibre plated running shoes, they should work well for Hyrox events.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
